What is a Claimer? How do I become a Claimer?
Claimers in the KILT ecosystem are users that have a KILT address, one or more DIDs (decentralised identifiers) and one or more Credentials. A Claimer can use the Sporran wallet to claim credentials for the identity. Such claims are then validated by trusted Attesters. Once validated, the Claimers are in control of their data. Claimers can choose when to share credentials, to which Verifiers and can even specify what information is disclosed.
To become a Claimer you simply need to set up the Sporran wallet and get started with Credentials.
