Once my vested KILT Coins are unlocked are they automatically free to move?

No, you still have one more step to take to completely unlock your coins.

For funds in Sporran: 

  • Click on the arrow next to “Total Balance”

  • Click “Update balance" and sign


For funds in Polkadot.js:

  • Go to your account (under the “Accounts” tab on KILT Spiritnet)

  • Click on the three dots on the right of your account to open

  • Select “unlock vested”

  • Sign in extension

  • Then check if you have coins locked for voting or staking.


If voting: 

  • Go to Polkadot apps and follow the same procedure with “unlock voting” 


If staking: 

  • Go to Stakeboard and unstake. After 7 days, go to Stakeboard, click Withdraw next to your account and sign.
