What is the purpose of allowing delegators to kick out other stakers from a collator?
The ability to kick out other stakers is for the security of the network as otherwise all the available positions could be occupied by low delegations. In addition to preventing newcomers from joining, this would also be a way to attack the network by creating multiple delegator accounts each with a small amount of KILT Coins, reducing the overall amount of KILT securing the network.
