Sporran isn’t connecting for me. What should I do?


1. In Sporran, click the gear symbol (top right). This opens a drop-down menu.

2. Click on “Custom Endpoint”. This opens the “Set Custom Endpoint” view.

3. Click on the down arrow in the field next to Custom Endpoint. This opens the options for alternative Custom Endpoints.

4. Choose another Custom Endpoint and click the check mark to the right to save. Sporran should then connect.
